The 3 main attributes of color (#4685)

"Color is said to have 3 main visual attributes : 1. Value = lightness and darkness .Think black and white photography. 2.Chroma or Intensity = How pure a color is versus neutral grey i.e how "loud" a color is. 3.Hue = What the name of the color is e.g : blue ,blue-green,green ,yellow green etc.. These terms were devised by the color theorist Albert H Munsell. It is important to note that the most important aspect of color is Value because 80 to 90% of what we see is lightness or darkness. Value is sometimes referrred to as "tone" ."
